Service Description

Regulation is the foundation. Connection is what it makes growth possible. This session moves participants from managing their own state to understanding how that state directly shapes the trust and accountability they can build with the people they lead. Leaders examine what changes in a room when the adult at the front is steady instead of reactive. The week after this session, staff lead difficult conversations differently because they understand what they are actually doing when they show up regulated.
