Before any strategy works, the person delivering it has to be steady. This session introduces the 4R Framework and the PDR tool, a concrete in the moment sequence for recognizing when pressure is driving the response and choosing a different one. Participants practice the method in real scenarios, not hypotheticals. The week after this session, staff walk into hard moments with a tool instead of a reaction.
