Full Staff Series: Grounded Leadership
Lead yourself first. Then lead the room.
Service Description
Three sessions built around one idea: a regulated leader leads a regulated room. Participants move through the 4R Framework in sequence, from managing their own pressure, to building relationships that make accountability possible, to holding their standard when conditions get hard. The arc is intentional. Each session builds on the last. Schools that complete the full series leave with a shared language, a shared method, and a staff culture that has practiced what it preaches. Sessions can be booked separately or as the full arc. YOUTH SESSION 1: STOP REACTING. START LEADING. You cannot lead anyone until you can pause long enough to choose. This session teaches students to recognize the physiological signals of a reaction before it takes over, and practice PDR, Pause, Downshift, Respond, in real scenarios. Repeating the method is what rewires the pattern over time. Students leave with a personal trigger identified and named, PDR practiced in at least one real scenario before leaving the room, and a written commitment to one specific behavior change. YOUTH SESSION 2: FACE THE COST. Recognizing a reaction is the first step. Understanding where it comes from is the next one. This session guides students through tracing their specific triggers toward their roots, examining what reacting has cost them in relationships and opportunity, and learning the difference between accountability and self condemnation. The session closes with a question to carry: what value is this trigger protecting. Students leave with a trigger traced toward its root, an honest accounting of what reacting has cost them, and a clear distinction between guilt they can act on and shame that only stops them. YOUTH FULL SERIES: LEAD YOURSELF FIRST A three part workshop series for youth ages 11 to 19. Students move from recognizing how reactions form, to tracing what those reactions have cost them, to naming the values they are ready to lead from. Each session stands alone. The full series compounds. Students who complete all three leave with a personal framework for decision making under pressure that does not require an adult in the room to activate it. Paste and publish. These are ready. Confirm once live and we move to the EPK build or the Kit landing page, whichever is next priority.
